About LiveSweatDFS

LiveSweatDFS is a real-time contest tracking tool for daily fantasy sports (DFS). We provide live scoring, standings, and lineup analysis for NBA and NFL contests on DraftKings.

LiveSweatDFS is an independent analytics and tracking service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings Inc. or any other daily fantasy sports platform.

Services Offered

LiveSweatDFS offers the following digital subscription services:

• Real-time contest tracking — Live scoring and standings updates for DraftKings NBA and NFL contests
• Lineup analysis — Player-level stat lines, fantasy point projections, and points-remaining calculations
• Ownership data — Player ownership percentages across contest fields
• Share links — Shareable contest views for spectators (Pro plan)

Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LiveSweatDFS. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with others or allow others to access your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LiveSweatDFS only for personal, non-commercial contest tracking. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data or services provided
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service beyond normal usage
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Service Availability

LiveSweatDFS relies on third-party data sources for live scores and contest information. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy of data. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

LiveSweatDFS is an informational tool only. We are not responsible for any financial decisions or outcomes related to daily fantasy sports. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Billing & Subscription

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Recurring Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, depending on your chosen plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• The Subscription menu in the app (opens Stripe Customer Portal)
• Contacting us at the email below

When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• Your account reverts to the free tier when the paid period ends

Refund & Dispute Policy

Because LiveSweatDFS is a digital service with immediate access upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods.

However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge)
• A significant service outage prevented you from using the service for an extended period during your billing cycle
• You were charged after submitting a cancellation request

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge at the email below. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Account information — Email address and display name when you sign up
• Payment information — Processed and stored by Stripe; we do not have access to your full card details
• Usage data — Which contests you track and when (to provide the service)

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your DraftKings password or account credentials
• Your DraftKings session cookies (these stay in your browser via the Chrome extension and are never sent to our servers)

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account or service issues

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Stripe — For payment processing
• Law enforcement — If required by law

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Chrome Extension

The LiveSweatDFS Chrome extension operates locally in your browser. It reads your DraftKings session status (logged in or not) and fetches contest data using your browser's existing DraftKings session. No DraftKings cookies or credentials are transmitted to LiveSweatDFS servers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
